Hemifest School Fayre Friday 27th June, 3.30pm until 5.30pm

We will be holding a Summer Fayre ‘Hemifest’ event again this year, raising funds for some replacement sports, sensory and SEND equipment. The event will take place from 3.30pm until 5.30pm on Friday 27th June. We will be asking for donations of £1 per adult to attend, and children will be free - please see a poster attached which can be shared with friends and family on social media etc.

Similarly to previous years, there will be live music and food and drink, along with numerous stalls and games. We are looking for volunteers to help with baking cakes and manning stalls such as face painting, ice cream, rock painting, or the various games. Please contact the office if you are able to get involved. We are also in need of a BBQ if anyone has one available.

In advance of the event, we plan to hold a non-uniform day on Friday 20th June. In place of bringing in money, we would like to ask parents to prepare a ‘Jolly Jar’ for a Jolly Jar Tombola by filling an old jam jar or similar with sweets, chocolate, felt pens, crayons or other small toys. The jars don't have to be decorated but please feel free to be as creative as you like.
